The Turner family has a legacy of growing, harvesting, packing and shipping citrus in eastern Hillsborough County going back 100 years.
In recent years we have purchased land to to trial and research regenerative growing principles. These principles not only pull from ancestral practices including cover cropping and applying compost but also expand to include more innovative methods like mineral balancing the soil in addition to extracting, multiplying and applying microbes.
Our latest newly planted grove is located south of Plant City and serves as a showcase of this type of farming, hosting industry and educational experts from around the country. Our grove also includes a seasonal retail market where you can sample and buy regeneratively grown fruit as well as vegetables from our cover crop. Typically we open the market after Thanksgiving.
Working with like-minded growers who have embraced these regenerative farming principles, we provide you with high quality, delicious fruit. Our fruit is not sprayed with insecticides or fungicides. Our fruit is not de-greened (ethylene gassed) or color added (dyed). It comes to you fresh off the tree and just as if you had picked it yourself. It may not look as shiny and bright as what you see in a catalog, but the taste will not disappoint.
Your complete satisfaction is our guarantee! We stand behind every order. If you are not fully satisfied, we’ll make it right – Whatever it takes!
You can place your order online or come to the grove, have a sample and place your order in person.
